​Doreen DeRoss

Doreen DeRoss is a Denver area triathlete who in her second year of racing completed IRONMAN Cozumel as a 50th birthday present to herself and she’s been hooked ever since.   Doreen uses her training and racing as a way to raise money and awareness for different charities.   This year she will be racing to fundraise and raise awareness for mental health issues and that recovery is possible.

 

Doreen works as a mental health therapist and wants to help reduce the stigma towards mental illness so that people who may need help will reach out.  Doreen is passionate about and dedicated to helping others and believes that anything is possible!
