Michelle Haustein

 

Michelle Haustein was first introduced to mountain biking and road riding in 2000 when she first met her husband, an avid Mountain Biker and Cycling enthusiast.  Within a few short months and through the coaxing of new friends, a love for X-Terra triathlon racing soon followed.  

 

Wanting to “Go Bigger” for a cause, in 2002, Michelle signed up for her first Marathon and fundraising venture with Team In Training.  Now combining her love of triathlons, and her “Go Big or Go Home” philosophy, she has combine her love for triathlon and her love for giving back / paying it forward by racing with the IRONMAN Foundation Newton Running Ambassador Triathlon Team.

 

She will be racing in her second IRONMAN race in 2014.
