​Orrick Nepomuceno

Orrick Nepomuceno is a father of three children, author, professionally trained chef and executive recruiter. He found endurance sports as an outlet for his passion for health, fitness and competition.  

 

But more importantly, training for Ironmans has been a pathway back from personal setbacks.  Orrick is a Team In Training (TNT) Alumni - partnered with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - to raise money for blood cancer research.  He is excited to be part of the 2014 Ironman Foundation-Newton Running Ambassador Triathlon Team and pay it forward.
