I'm a mother of two children with a loving family that supports my athletic goals and dedication.  Seven years ago I rediscovered the excitement of fitness and a love of running which has evolved into completing 16 marathons, 3 IRONMAN 70.3 races along with 4 full IRONMAN events.  Two years ago I became involved in The IRONMAN Foundation's Your Journey Your Cause program raising money as part of my second IRONMAN event.  

 

In 2013, I was selected to be part of the IRONMAN Foundation Newton Ambassador Triathlon team and I’m very excited about being part of this team again for the 2014 season! I'm passionate about giving back to the community through supporting local races and various foundations, as well as continuing to push myself in achieving my triathlon goals.
